Andra K. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Texas, holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas. With over 20 years of experience, Andra specializes in financial reporting and analysis for hedge funds, private equity, and real estate investments, serving institutional investors, foundations, and individuals. She also has a strong background in building full cycle accounting processes for start-ups. Her experience spans various industries, including securities, government, retail, alternative energy, and professional services, providing her with a versatile skill set. Outside of her professional life, Andra enjoys reading, attending live sports events, playing card games, and spending quality time with her family.
KRISTY O'ROURKE
PARTNER
Kristy O'Rourke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas with over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, primarily within the technology and professional services industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the University of Texas and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. Throughout her career, Kristy has held executive-level positions, where she has helped businesses optimize financial operations, make informed decisions, and foster long-term growth. She is particularly passionate about working with startups, guiding them in establishing strong financial foundations and crafting strategies for sustained success. Outside of work, Kristy is actively involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas. She also travels frequently to Toronto, where her son plays hockey, balancing her professional commitments with family life and supporting her son’s athletic pursuits.
KRISTINA GRAD
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
With a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Guidance from Texas State University, Kristina Grad brings a unique combination of analytical and interpersonal skills to her work. Over the past 20 years, she has built extensive accounting experience from the ground up, developing expertise across industries such as technology, software, manufacturing, and professional services. She excels at building processes and creating efficiencies in accounting functions and business operations, leveraging her deep understanding of systems to drive improvements and streamline workflows. Her foundation in psychology allows her to approach challenges with a thoughtful and strategic mindset, fostering collaboration and achieving meaningful results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and exploring nature, where she finds peace and inspiration.
